Some commercial news from earlier this year…we were thrilled when the London office of our client Swarovski called asking to publish Jane’s photos of Cascade–a striking multi-story Swarovski crystal chandelier hanging in the stairway of a Gramercy Park NYC residence–in their Swarovski Crystal Palace book. Ashley and Price were married on a sun-drenched morning last weekend right next to the Farmington River at Apricots in Farmington CT. It’s so nice to see a couple deeply in love–way to go Ashley and Price! Here are a few photos from their wedding. Lots more to come soon…
It felt like we boarded a plane and flew to England for Julia and Jared’s elegant country wedding in lush Litchfield County a few weeks ago. Julia’s family home made the perfect setting for their wedding, with a beautiful outdoor ceremony (under a gorgeous flower decorated chuppah) and tented reception. After heartfelt toasts from family and friends, J&J and everyone danced like crazy.
Great meeting event planner Kathy Murray and the folks from the florist Earth Blossom, whose pastel-hued flowers were stunning. The Marketplace Cafe Kitchen catered the event–we’ve got to check out Great Barrington for their restaurant scene, as this was our second wedding in a row featuring culinary talents from GB.

We’ve seen two beautiful corners of Connecticut the past two weeks with weddings in the Litchfield Hills and then down in Mystic & Stonington. Here’s a sneak peek from Brie and Matt’s very festive seaside wedding at Saltwater Farm Vineyard in Stonington CT. Fun shooting all around Mystic (that’s the Sea View Snack Bar just before Mystic Seaport below) with their bridal party and family and really nice to see Brie’s sister Erin and her husband Eric whose wedding we photographed five years ago in Hartford. In between photographing weddings we attended our little Jude’s pre-kindergarten graduation today from Lollipop Land Preschool in West Hartford. They put on several skits and songs–well done…congrats to Jude and all the kiddies!!
