Just saw that Nicole and Tony's wedding at the Webb Barn was featured in today's Style Me Pretty blog!  Nicole and Tony are really nice folks and their wedding last May was perfect...cherry blossoms and barn board, outdoor wedding in the sunshine!

Just saw that PDN (Photo District News, the commercial photographers' magazine) used Jane's NY Mets photo (of former Mets relief pitcher JJ Putz) to promote its 2010 Faces portrait photography contest. 

Jane's black and white series of the '09 Mets was one of the Faces contest winners in the celebrity category in 2009.

Next month we're headed back to Florida to photograph the Mets at Spring Training 2010.  Port St. Lucie here we come!

The Fall / Winter 2009 edition of The Connecticut Bride is out and features two of our clients who were married in October of 2008---Jessica & James and Leslie & Brian! 

Jessica and James' wedding was at the Hill-Stead Museum in Farmington CT and Leslie and Brian were married in Southport CT and held their reception at the Fairfield County Hunt Club in Westport CT.

We liked Kathyrn and Oliver's wedding from last June so much we created our new Queensberry sample album from it.  Brides Connecticut liked their wedding as well and featured Kathryn and Oliver in the current Spring / Summer 2009 issue, shown below.  A classic country-chic wedding on Kathryn's family's gorgeous land leading down to the Farmington River in Windsor, Connecticut.

Judy Carson's Savory Palate Catering provided great food and Pete the Butcher put on a killer pig roast.  Picturesque pastel cakes came from Cakes by Sugarbelle, and the beautiful flowers came from  Jordan Florist.

Here are the girls on the dock at the brunch...the day-after harbor sail was a wonderful way to unwind and show out-of-towners what makes Newport so beautiful.

I'm very excited that my favorite portrait  from Erin and Chirag's Hindu wedding that we shot last summer  in Ann Arbor has won 2nd place for Creative Portrait in the Artistic Guild of the WPJA (Wedding Photojournalist Association)!   We loved being a part of this wedding!
