West Hartford Headshots - Next Headshot Days are May 2nd and June 4th
We photograph headshots in our West Hartford Center studio–with monthly “headshot days”–and can photograph farther afield and onsite as well. With the rise of LinkedIn, a professional portrait is a key element of your personal brand. Don’t worry, we make the process quick and fun and help you project your personality for a strong image that you’ll like whether you come from a big corporation or are starting your own small business. For our commercial photography business (see photojane.com) we take portraits for clients such as The Hartford, The New York Mets, UConn Men and Women’s Basketball, Virtus, GE Energy, and Bank of America. We also photograph headshots and portraits for a number of independent small business owners, entrepreneurs, realtors, lawyers, medical professionals and more.

What should I wear?
Dress appropriately for your field. Solids, stripes and big patterns work best. Avoid shirts and tops with small checks, paisleys, etc. Feel free to bring several ties or an alternate jacket to get our advice on! Women should wear matte make-up. We can provide a make-up artist upon request.

What backgrounds can I choose from?
We have backgrounds in white, dark grey, light grey and navy. Please contact us to see examples. We can also clip-out your portrait to apply to whatever background you may need. You may also send your company guidelines for us to follow.

How many images do I receive and what is the turn-around time?
Headshot sessions come with one fully retouched file. We turn-around the final images in two weeks.

What retouching do you offer?
Our goal is to make you look your best--we can retouch hair, skin, teeth, weight, clothing, etc. in a natural and beautiful way.
